About Stone Tablet Education

Our Mission

Stone Tablet Education is committed to supporting project-based learning because we believe that people learn best when they are doing. We also promote and support teaching students the valuable life-skill of project management, which includes time and resource management, communication, team work, breaking projects down into manageable and achievable tasks, and risk management.

Our Approach

To these ends, we offer products and services that apply industry-proven best practices of project management to education. Our flagship product, EdProps, is specifically designed to teach students project management by guiding them through the process of managing their own project. EdProps also simplifies the communication and feedback processes so that teachers, parents, and involved community members can help their students succeed in school and in life. We also offer project management training for educators. This 2-day course covers the essential techniques involved in helping students manage all aspects of their project (time, cost, quality, scope, risk, people, and communication.)

Our Team

We are a team of educators and business people who have adapted the best practices of project management, as defined by the Project Management Institute of America, to the educational environment. Together we take the best ideas and craft them to work well within the school environment. Our collective skills and experience includes: project management, change management, technology implementation in schools, training, curriculum development, web-based learning management, and award-winning software design.
